I have been teaching special-education at Central high school for the last 19 years. During that time I have also coached the boys and girls swim team. The last 23 years I’ve been coaching Central and Logan Rogersville. The best part of my job is the relationships that I get to build with students and athletes on both ends of the spectrum. This will be my third year as a pool manager and I am looking forward to a rewarding summer working with kids of all ages and making the most for our members here at the Hickory Pool!

I have been working at the Hickory Hills Country Club pool for four seasons now as the various roles of: Lifeguard, Head Lifeguard, Swim Coach, and Private Swim Instructor. On top of that, I spent a decade of my childhood being a competitive swimmer for both Central High School and Springfield Aquatics. I am currently a senior at Missouri State University gaining my bachelor’s degree studying Entertainment Management. Every summer that I have worked for Hickory I have gained critical knowledge on hospitality and leadership, and I’m excited this summer to continue to grow those skills and apply all of that knowledge to my position!
