Chef Sarah Smith, CSC
Born and raised in Springfield, Missouri, Chef Sarah Smith has been working in the hospitality industry for 20 years. She has 10 years of culinary experience, from delicatessen to fine dining. She's been at Hickory since 2014 and has served as Expo, Pantry, Restaurant Chef and her current role, Sous Chef. In April of 2019 she received her first ACF certification of Certified Sous Chef.
