Melinda Burrows

Certified Executive Chef, Melinda Burrows, has 32 years of experience in the restaurant/hospitality industry.  Among her tenure, she served as Executive Chef at Hiltons of Branson, Campus Executive Chef at Wichita State University, and Executive Chef/Director of Dining at California P.E.O. Home in Alhambra. Additionally, she founded ‘Your Personal Chef’ catering business for Hollywood’s elite, Food Stylist for the Emmy Award-winning show, Northern Exposure, Executive Chef for Special Occassions Catering, and Personal/Traveling Chef for Sir Paul McCartney, Phil Collins, INXS, Guns & Roses. Burrows attended the Culinary Arts Program at Seattle Central Community College, and completed her education at Ecole de Gastronomie de Francaise Ritz-Escoffier in Paris, France.
